How do I order on-line?
Simply click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button next to the item that you'd like to purchase. Enter in the quantity of the item. You can change the quantities by entering in a new quantity and clicking the "recalculate" button. If you wish to delete an item from your shopping cart, select the "remove" key. You can then continue shopping or complete your order by following the on-screen directions.

Is ordering on-line safe?

Your order is submitted and retrieved with a secure connection to our server and remains secure at all times. Credit card numbers and your personal information are encrypted using the latest 128 bit encryption (the best available) so none of your information can be read. Credit Card records are not kept.

What if I am still uncomfortable ordering on-line?

Do you have a money-back guarantee?
We want your Sales Promotion or Seasonal Promotion to be every bit as successful as anticipated. So Buy Sale Signs Pty Ltd has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. In the unlikely event that our product does not live up to your expectations, notify us in writing within 5 days of receipt of an order of your intention to return goods. Display Signage must be returned in new condition with the packing list within 15 days, and you will get a full refund for the goods, including initial delivery charges. Goods returned without notification will be accepted only at BSS’s discretion. No allowance will be made by BSS for replacement freight and handling charges.

What is Buy Sale Signs's policy on refused shipments and late returns?
A 10% restocking fee is charged on all refused shipments and on all items returned after 15 days

Is there a minimum order amount?
We have no minimum order amount, because we have nothing to hide in our costs. Many dodgy operators inflate prices to cover offers such as "free delivery" - forcing you to spend to the level where they can recover these expenses. Inflated prices mean the more you spend the more you overpay. At Buy Sale Signs, the more you spend, the more you save.

Do you give volume discounts?
Yes. Sold as singles, our signs are the lowest priced in Australia. Buy kits, and you save 10% to 25% more!  Further 5% to 10% volume discounts are available on purchases. So if you're a chain or franchise, our volume discounts make our signs better value than your print company can offer. If these prices are still uncompetitive, why not give us a call. We're sure we can beat any price.

Can I create my own kit combination?
Yes, by adding individual items to our existing kit sizes, or by adding existing kits together, you can achieve any number of kit combinations. Add matching Shelf Signs,Tags and Outdoor Banners for even more variety!

Are there any handling fees?
25 cents packaging & handling fee is included in your order to cover material costs.

How can I pay for my on-line order?
We accept MasterCard and Visa.  Other methods of payment such as direct deposits and cheques are accepted, but will slow down processing of your order.

How long should I allow for processing?
We understand that your timing is important to you and do everything possible to process and dispatch before the Auspost cut-off time of 4.45 p.m AEST. Orders received before 3:00 pm are guaranteed same day. A special Rush Service runs till 5.30 p.m. on orders phoned in before 5.00 p.m. but a 10% surcharge is applied.

How long will it take to get my Sales Promotion up and running?
Whatever your Retail Event, our Sale Signs are pre-printed and Ready to Ship. Please allow time in transit of up to 3 days for metro NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and ACT; and 3 to 5 days for WA, NT, and TAS. Remote country locations and New Zealand please allow 4 to 6 working days in transit time. 

What about published prices?
Prices are subject to change without notice. BUY SALE SIGNS reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing and/or copy.

Do prices include GST?
Yes, GST is included in all pricing and a Tax Invoice is provided for your BAS returns. For New Zealand and International customers, our billing system deducts the 10% GST.

Can I open an account with Buy Sale Signs?
Not currently. However, if you wish to establish credit terms with us, please contact us to discuss your Point of Sale Signage needs. Buy Sale Signs will review your application on its merits and determine if and how much credit is warranted.

Is delivery included in your on-line catalog prices?
No, our objective is to bring you the lowest prices possible. We do not engage in value deceptions such as "free delivery" because there's just no such thing. Our 100% accurate Shipping Calculator works out Australia Post rates based on distance and weight and ensures you only pay for your order - and don't subsidise anyone elses.

Packaging, Shipping and Rush Service policies:
Prices are based on bulk packaging. Prices for multiple drop-shipments, individual carton packing or Rush Service will be provided upon request - call 1300 289 744. Rush Service attracts a 10% surcharge.

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, and also to New Zealand and to English speaking countries Internationally. Buy Sale Signs contracts to the Australia Post network, which links metropolitan areas of capital cities, and also reaches the smallest country towns.

Can I get Express Delivery?
Yes, by simply selecting the “Express” option on the Post Calculator tool. Through Australia Post, we deliver next business day guaranteed to the following locations: Canberra, Sydney, Gosford, Newcastle, Tweed Heads/Murwillumbah, Wollongong, Melbourne, Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong, Moe, Morwell, Seymour, Shepparton, Traralgon, Brisbane, Booval/Ipswich, Bundaberg, Gold Coast, Hervey Bay, Strathpine/Caboolture, Maryborough, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart and Launceston. For Express Post International to New Zealand allow 3 to 4 working days.

Does Buy Sale Signs ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to every English speaking country outside of North, Central and South America. Australian orders include GST - International customers have GST deducted off the price during checkout. Certain countries and Australian territories are subject to Customs Declarations and if this is the case, we will make further contact with you before shipping your order.
